Second Instance

PixInsight allows to open additional instances of the application program from the console (Process Console) by entering the appropriate command line and pressing ENTER.

       All Platforms: !!$PXI_COREDIR/PixInsight -n 

UNIX/Linux: !!$PXI_BINDIR/PixInsight -n

Windows: !!PixInsight -n

The variable -n indicates that open the next available instance. -n=190 open instance number 190. There are 256 possible.
