Pan Mode (2)

When we have selected and active a view we can temporarily change the navigation mode with different key combinations.
If present a mouse wheel, pressing Mouse wheel switch to Pan mode temporarily. Keeping Mouse wheel down and dragging on the image you can navigate through it. It's much quicker to use than scroll bars.
