Shows and hides the Mode toolbar, which include tools like Readout Mode ALT+R, Zoom In Mode ALT+Z, Zoom Out Mode SHIFT+ALT+Z, Center Mode ALT+C, Pan Mode ALT+P, New Preview Mode ALT+N y Edit Preview Mode ALT+E.
